Recently, Guangdong Mei-Al Technology completed the official delivery of a 2000-ton annual waste acid recovery and reuse system for anodizing production to a Vietnamese aluminum processing factory.
Customized for aluminum anodizing waste acid treatment, the solution realizes efficient separation of aluminum ions and acid regeneration. Recovered acid can be directly reused in the oxidation workshop, cutting raw acid procurement costs and reducing hazardous sludge output.
Against stricter environmental regulations in Southeast Asia, the system helps local aluminum manufacturers balance production capacity, economic benefits and emission compliance.
This project marks another breakthrough of Mei-Al’s surface treatment environmental technology in the Vietnam market. The company will continue to provide integrated waste acid recycling equipment, technical guidance and after-sales service for overseas aluminum profile and 3C processing enterprises.
